HIVETECKS® Characteristic
"HIVETECKS" is consists of hexagonal shape of honeycomb core and two sheets of metal surface. Aluminum is commonly chosen as a surface as well as core materials. Besides stainless steel, galvanized iron and other non ferrous material would be second choice for surface material. The core cell size and various surfaces are made by customer's requirement. The structural honeycomb core provides strength and consistent rigidity at a very low density when bonded to similarly lightweight facings, every honeycomb cell wall acts like the web of an I-beam, forming an extremely strong, stiffness yet lightweight composite panel.
HIVETECKS Shows Industrial Standard of Honeycomb Panel We provide value to the customers through various kinds of composite technology.
Long Span Wall Panel, HIVETECKS® Fully automated "State of Art" manufacturing facilities can make possibly quite long span of honeycomb panel without any curvature or thick differences. The most largest size is 1,575mm wide and 6,200mm length of HIVETECKS® honeycomb panel will satisfy designer's unlimited drawings. Such a large dimension probably the unique sized planks in honeycomb panels in the world.
Fast Deliver System, HIVETECKS® Generally produced from PVdF pre-painted surface, and automatic production system can reduce the lead time with strong, lightweight, optically flat and under the consistent quality control. This system help to the site designer, elector and contractors.
Highly Reliable Adhesive, HIVETECKS® The most important factor when producing honeycomb panel is the adhesive strength that combines a cell (core) and surface materials. HIVETECKS® applied Durabond series adhesive which developed by in-house R&D Lab. It gives enhanced reliability of the products.
Standard Color System, HIVETECKS® The same standard color system of ARCHITECKS® aluminum composite panels provides HIVETECKS® wide choices to the customers. From metallic to solid color, all exterior application use Kynar-500 series PVdF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) resin which is everlasting durableness for atrocious environment.
