"ARCHITECKS" is an aluminum composite material for exterior wall cladding for new construction or renovation in commercial, industrial and similar applications. "ARCHITECKS" aluminum composite material is UL labeled, making it ideal for use in health care facilities, offices, hotels, retail or commercial buildings and any place where surfaces require decorative protection from daily abuse.
Panel Structure ARCHITECKS is consists of two skin aluminum sheet(0.02")and porous polyethylene core material(0.12"). It's structure can guarantee thermal insulation and excellent sound proofing characterized.

Easy Fabrication ARCHITECKS can be bent, cut, drilled, punched, stamped and easily shaped into complex shapes. Easy installation as well as fabrication can save the time periods of construction and costs.
Light Weight Less than 1/2~1/3 weight of same size of other metal panels, it means reducing building load stress as well as easily handle the material.
PVdF(Polyvinylidene Fluoride) Surface ARCHITECKS is using Kynar 500 paints which provides excellent durability and color retention, superb adhesion and flexibility, outstanding chemical and abrasion resistance to meet the requirements AAMA specification.
Precaution
Fabrication and Installation It is recommended to install the panels in the same direction in case of metallic colors, if not, there will be color reflection differences. To avoid these problems, we print arrow marking on protect film and back side off the panels.
Installation It is recommended to use paper tape which has little solvent elements during the installation. Strong solvent elements can make chemical react on with PVdF painted on the surface of the panel.
Removal of Protect Film It is recommended to take off the protect film as soon as after the installation. It may occur the glue elements of the protect film can remain on the panel.
Cleaning and Maintenance It is recommended to use a soft cloth dipped in lukewarm water(20~30°C) mixed a neutral detergent or little soap. It may occur surface scratches o the panel with sharp figure of cleaning tools.
Storage It is recommended to put the panels parallel. Do not place the panels in horizontally, it may cause to bend of the panel.
